Epi -Care free

Epi -Care free is a bracelet alarm that is being used by patients suffering from severe epilepsy. The alarm recognizes tonic-clonic seizures and hence provides security for the patients, relatives and staff. The alarm consists of a bracelet and a table apparatus which can be optionally placed in the home. Bracelets and table unit talk wirelessly with up to 20-meter range indoors. The design process was carried out in close collaboration with the producer and tested on patients.
